We will be kicking off this year's Feel Fab Feburary with a free laughter yoga session!

Laughter yoga is a group exercise that combines laughter with breathing techniques and meditation to improve mood and relieve tension. 

 

This event is open to all UHI Students as well as both UHI and UHI Academic Partner staff members.
