If you're studying at UHI Shetland, then find out more about your Students' Association at your local campus and learning centres.
Founded in August 2021 through the merger of Shetland College UHI, NAFC Marine Centre UHI and Train Shetland, UHI Shetland is the most northern partner of the University of the Highlands and Islands.
It's based in the Isles of Shetland and has over 2000 Students who study a wide range of topics.
Our students at UHI Shetland are represented by a two local officers and your cross campus officer team. You can find out more about their work down below.
We are currently working with students to set out aims and goals for Your Students’ Association, to improve the student experience at UHI over the next few years. This survey asks you about what you want to see from Your Students’ Association so we want as many people as possible to complete it. You are our members so what do you think we should be focusing on? Please have your say as your feedback will shape our work going forward.
Today marks a watershed moment in marine research and innovation as the newest UHI Research Centre launches at the UHI Shetland Scalloway Campus, nestled in the heart of Shetland’s marine-based research community.
