We are delighted to announce that following our recent by-elections, we have elected a new Shetland Depute President and North, West and Hebrides (North) President to service on our Student Officer team for 2026-27.
Shetland Depute President
The result was:
Jay Bain has therefore been elected to the post of Shetland Depute President. Congratulations Jay!
North, West and Hebrides (North) Depute President
The result was:
Cole Garscadden has therefore been elected to the post of North, West and Hebrides (North) Depute President. Congratulations Cole!
Other election information
Jay and Cole will join our team of Student Officers elected in our March 2026 Student Elections, and will take up post on 1st July.
