Setting up a bank account for a club or society is an important step in managing its finances effectively. A club or society should never use a member’s personal bank account as that can lead to accidentally spending member's contributions for personal items. You should set up an account specifically just for the club's use if you plan on having frequent finance transactions.

If you don't want to set up a bank account, you could also use an APP like splitwise to organise expense sharing for each item.  You do not need a bank account for the HISA grant as we can make the purchases for you.
