Student Mental Health Support
The HISA Advice Service can talk through what you’re experiencing and guide you to the right support. We’re not trained counsellors, but we’ll help you access counselling and mental health services quickly and confidentially.
If you’re finding things difficult—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, stress around studies, or challenges at home—your local UHI Student Services team can help. UHI counselling and mental health services are available online and by telephone, so you can get support wherever you are. Visit UHI’s counselling pages for details.
